To meet the submission deadline authors must submit an abstract by January 20, 2017 February 28, 2017 and then a corresponding short or full paper by March 17, 2017

Abstracts will go through a preliminary review to determine relevance to the conference.

Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
